Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in grief coaching. This space is designed to offer compassionate support, education, and connection as you navigate your grief.
- Nature of Grief Coaching
Grief coaching is a non-clinical, supportive service that focuses on education, emotional support, coping strategies, and connection. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical care.

Participation is voluntary. You may pause or withdraw at any time and are responsible for your own well-being.
- Emotional Safety
Grief work may bring forward strong emotions. You are encouraged to care for yourself and seek additional support if needed.

- Privacy (Canada)
Personal information will be used only for service delivery, stored securely, and not shared without consent unless required by law.
- Communication
Support is provided during scheduled sessions. This is not a crisis service.
- Crisis Support

- Group Guidelines
Participants agree to engage respectfully, allow space for others, and share from personal experience.
- Acknowledgement & Shared Responsibility
I understand that grief work can be emotional and that my experience is unique to me. I am responsible for caring for myself and seeking additional support if needed. No outcomes are guaranteed.
